Strong Survey123 solutions are built on six foundational pillars ~ field-first design, scalable data structure, smart logic, meaningful maps, defensible reporting, and intentional deployment. Miss one, and things start breaking ~ in the field ~ in reporting, ~ or during review. My work focuses on helping teams understand and apply all six so their solutions hold up in the real world.

I’ve designed Survey123 workflows across utilities , solar, asset management, archaeology , and emergency response, with a strong focus on FEMA-aligned, report-first inspection workflows that save agencies hundreds of hours during response and review.

A car accident on May 2, 2022 🚗💥 forced me to relearn Survey123 from scratch, my approach to teaching changed. That experience made my training clearer, more patient, and deeply grounded in real-world use.
